Thanks for registering for A Walk in The Cold! We are so excited to have you partner with us to serve the homeless community here in Southeastern Idaho. The purpose of A Walk in the Cold is two-fold: To raise an awareness that breaks the stigmas associated with homelessness in our community, and to raise funds for to support the Idaho Falls Rescue Mission and area non-profits who provide material resources and assistance to those facing poverty and homelessness in Southeastern Idaho.
As a participant in A Walk in the Cold, you have the opportunity to be as involved as much YOU want! By registering with your $25 you have already taken the first step toward supporting to work of the Idaho Falls Rescue Mission, but perhaps you have people in your circle who would be also like to partner with us. This is where the Donor pledge form comes in! We invite you to download and print the form, and then take it to your ‘circle of influence.’ Businesses that you frequent, church friends, family, neighbors, co-workers, are all great opportunities for you to get the word out! If someone wants to pledge or donate, That’s great! They can either write a check payable to IFRM, or they can donate online at ifrescuemission.org
NOTE: We will have PRIZES for the INDIVIDUAL and for the GROUP that raises the most sponsor funds!
Remember, there is only ONE you! You might be the only one with your connections, and we invite you to spread the word about Walk in the Cold AND the Idaho Falls Rescue Mission! You can also download our trifold brochure, or pick some up at our offices at 840 Park so you have more information to share about IFRM!

WHAT TO WEAR /BRING (suggestions!)
We will have aid stations and heaters along the route, but due to unpredictable weather here in Idaho Falls in March, we encourage you to prepare accordingly (and please be sure Children are dressed appropriately!
